Course Content
Virtual or In-Person Bring Your 'A' Game to Work (Soft Skills)
Virtually, the course is offered over two days/three hours each day. In-person workshops are 6.5 hours long with a meal included. Transportation and childcare is offered if needed. The Center for Work Ethic Development – Bring Your ‘A’ Game to Work curriculum will be utilized.

Life balance is a major factor in achieving a satisfactory and enhanced lifestyle. The workshop teaches you how to determine and focus only on relevant matters in life, which allows you to enjoy a sense of achievement and satisfaction in both your career and personal life. The workshop covers the following topics: the benefits of achieving work-life balance; how to avoid burnout; stress and other signs of an unbalanced life; time, emotional and stress management; how to manage your stress levels; mindfulness; high achiever versus perfectionist and much more.
